I was really moved when I saw this remembrance sculpture in Biarritz, France. The sorrow and loss is palpable on the expressions of the people: the parents who have lost a son; the wife who has lost a husband; the children who have lost a father. Our lives are connected in so many ways. Each of us counts. We will remember them.
