The Onion Farm

A thirteenth century tithe barn turned into an Onion Farm – art is always full of surprises! This installation by the Danish fashion designer Henrik Vibskov, first appeared in the Tapestries Gallery at the V&A, London, September 2018, and has been brought to Messums Gallery in Wiltshire. It’s a tunnel you can walk through made of industrial brushes and red textile onions. It is great how interactive it is, not just with the art itself but with the other people who had come to see it. Making connections through art – wonderful 🙂
